Anderson will be under immediate pressure

From the moment Ian Millward was suspended, Daniel Anderson was installed as favourite to move in at Knowsley Road.
The Australian will be released from his current contract as coach of the New Zealand national side, a contract which was due to run to the end of the next Tri-Nations series.
He first made his name in 2002 when he led the club side, the New Zealand Warriors, to the NRL Grand Final.
But he left that job under a cloud after reportedly falling out with some of his key players.
He will be under pressure immediately at St Helens given the nature of Millward's dismissal.
The board will be hoping, and the fans demanding, that he starts winning trophies immediately.
