The 31-year-old scrum-half created a try for second rower Logan Swann and had a hand in two of his side's other four touchdowns.
The Australian superstar also kicked five goals from six attempts and landed a 35m drop-goal.
Leeds, however, were forced to reflect on a fourth consecutive defeat.
Leeds coach Tony Smith
"It was always going to be the [Andrew] Johns party. I thought he was very good considering he only came off a plane a few days ago.
"They were certainly very spirited but we had some chances to get on top.
"We get a couple of troops back next week and we'll turn it around. We are not far away."
