Hall scored twice in Leeds' 46-30 Super League win over Hull last Sunday
Ryan Hall ran in four tries as Leeds romped to a convincing Challenge Cup fourth-round victory at Hull.
Jordan Tansey put Hull in front for a second time after Tom Briscoe's early score was cancelled out by Carl Ablett.
But the result was in no doubt after Brent Webb, Ian Kirke and Hall, twice, crossed to earn a 30-10 half-time lead.
Hall added two more and Webb also went over for a second after the break, with Richard Whiting's brace and a Jordan Turner try mere consolation for Hull.
Leeds, who have not won the Challenge Cup for 11 years, went out of the competition at this stage last season to St Helens.
But they had beaten Hull 46-30 in the league at Headingley just six days earlier. And there was no stopping their passage to the last 16 once the game had got underway following a 15-minute delay after match referee Steve Ganson suffered a calf injury.
Leeds pleased with four-try Hall
After switching roles with video referee Richard Silverwood, Ganson was soon called into action upstairs in the video box, disallowing a Lee Smith score for a foot in touch, before Briscoe put the Black and Whites in front, winning the race to Willie Manu's kick through.
Ablett held off Tansey to level, Kevin Sinfield kicking the first of eight conversions and a penalty to put Leeds 8-4 up.
Hull were briefly back in front when Danny Tickle converted after Tansey made the most of Briscoe's pass ricocheting off Ablett.
But that was the high point for Hull as Ablett sent in Webb, Kirke bounced off Tansey to score and Hall ran in a hat-trick, including a memorable second after a fine team move, either side of half time.
Whiting pulled one back for Hull, but Webb soon pounced on Rob Burrow's grubber kick for his second try of the game.
Turner and Whiting added further consolations for Hull, but Hall had the final say, catching Whiting's kick and running 90 metres unopposed to the line.
