York City Knights have signed Hull FC second row forward Kris Peacock.
The 21-year-old, who originally played for the Myton Warriors amateur club, has been a key member of Hull FC's reserve side for two years.
Knights player-coach Paul March told BBC Radio York: "He feels York is the best place to further his career."
"I am hoping that Kris will have a similar impact to Ross Divorty and establish himself as a key member of the first team squad."
