World champions Leeds will face Welsh Super League hopefuls Celtic Crusaders in the Challenge Cup fourth round.
St Helens begin the defence of the trophy they won at Wembley last year by taking on National League One side London Skolars.
Elsewhere, Harlequins face Castleford in the only all Super League tie.
Bradford Bulls take on French outfit Toulouse, Wigan face Pia, while last year's runners-up Catalan Dragons face Featherstone Rovers.

The Celtic Crusaders are based in Bridgend, South Wales - an area with deep rugby union associations.
After Welsh rugby union regional outfit Celtic Warriors were disbanded in 2004, owner Leighton Samuel turned his attention to league.
After forming in 2006 they joined National League Two, last year winning promotion to League One, and are a club with very real ambitions to play in Super League.
"This is just why we were formed two years ago," said delighted Crusaders' chief executive David Thompson.
"We want to play the best teams in the world and we're very excited to be doing just that to be drawn against the World Club champions.
"We'll go up there and we'll certainly compete and we hope the Crusaders will be playing opponents of this sort of calibre on a regular basis in the not too distant future."
Holders St Helens have certainly been handed a relatively straightforward tie as they begin their defence of the trophy.
"It's a draw we're pretty happy with," said St Helens forward Lee Gilmour. "Hopefully we should be able to get through without too many hitches."
The BBC will screen the Harlequins-Castleford match on Saturday 19 April (1730 BST) and the Salford-Wakefield tie the following day, also at the new late-afternoon slot.
Games are to played the weekend of 19-20 April.
