The teenagers claimed straight-sets victories in the finals of the first British-based world ranking event of the year.
Scot Reid beat Jamie Robinson 6-2 6-0 while Whiley, from Halesowen, was a 6-4 6-2 winner over Susan Paisley.
Reid and Whiley also enjoyed doubles success in the tournament.
