Alan Wills beat his British team-mate Simon Terry in a bronze medal play-off in the men's recurve at the World Archery Championships in Germany.
After a tense match, Wills finally sealed victory in a one-arrow shoot-off when he scored 10 to Terry's nine.
Wills also won silver in Leipzig - with Terry and Larry Godfrey - in the men's team tournament on Saturday.
"I'm very proud of Alan and Simon for reaching the World Championships semi-finals," said GB boss Barry Eley.
"It's been a fantastic week for British archery. Medals in both team tournaments, and two semi-finalists in the men's recurve, just goes to prove how much progress we continue to make, and how strong we are now at international level."
