Smith is optimistic he can claim a maiden GP win in 2009

Oxfordshire's Bradley Smith is focused on a positive result in Jerez after injury and engine problems last time out at Motegi.
The 18-year-old finished 10th in Japan in the 125cc race but feels he can do better in Spain.
"I had some engine problems which resulted in me smashing my throat into the screen which broke," said Smith.
"In Jerez I'm convinced that we can be much more successful at a circuit we know so well."
