Mark Higgins won the last round - the Jim Clark International Rally, in Kelso

Manx brothers David and Mark Higgins are hoping to make an impact when they return to their home island for the Rally Isle of Man.
Both brothers retired from last year's event, which was won by arch-rival Guy Wilks, but Mark is more optimistic about his chances this time around.
"The Subaru performed really well on the last rally and we know it's a reliable package," he said.
"The Mitsubishis still have the edge but they have had some issues.
"I think we will be a lot stronger than last year and really keep the pressure on.
"It is great to be back on the island, I always look forward to this rally."
The rally represents the third round of the British Championship, with David heading into it leading the 2008 standings and Mark on the back of victory in the last round.
Around 150 cars will compete over 23 special stages all over the island until the finish at the TT Grandstand on Saturday afternoon.
