Scotland's Stuart Wilson is the new British Amateur Champion after easing to a 4&3 victory over Lee Corfield.
The 26-year-old from Forfar was three up at St Andrews after the morning round due to some poor green play from Corfield, who three-putted six times.
The Englishman fought his way back to two down before another three-putt at the 25th hole allowed Wilson to hold on for the title and a place in the Open.
