Wolves goalkeeper Matt Murray faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines after breaking his shoulder in training.
It rules him out of the Championship play-off clashes against Midlands rivals West Bromwich Albion.
The 26-year-old former England U21 international was replaced by 20-year-old debutant Wayne Hennessey for play-off semi-final first leg.
Murray has been in outstanding form for Wolves and his injury represents a major blow for boss Mick McCarthy.
