Crystal Palace have secured the services of West Ham striker Freddie Sears on a season-long loan.
The 19-year-old, who signed a new five-year deal in November, made 22 appearances for the Hammers last season, including seven starts.
An England Under-20 international, Sears enjoyed a dream debut in 2008 when he came off the bench to score the winner against Blackburn.
However, he has failed to score in 28 subsequent appearances.
