Last night I felt so good I went for another run in the dark - it was freezing!
I feel like Christmas has come 10 days early after the Monday I had.
I had two phone calls and each has been fantastic news.
The first and most important came from my doctor who told me that my count of bad white cells in my blood has dropped by 100! It brought the biggest smile to my face having previously got results which weren't changing that much.
Everyone has these bad white cells in their blood, but most people have around five. But the leukaemia I have means that there are many more of those cells in my blood than there should be.
When I started my treatment of chemotherapy tablets a fortnight ago the count was 158. Last week it dropped to 146 and this week it's plummeted to 46.
My doctor is surprised and over the moon! The even better news is that the good cells in my blood are still at normal levels, so the tablets, called Glivek, seem to be doing the trick.
I think the training I've been doing with the lads at Torquay has helped me along the way and last night I felt so good I went for another run in the dark - it was freezing!
The other piece of good news I had concerns the plans for a charity football match at Swansea City's Liberty Stadium to raise money for leukaemia research.
My brother Thomas is trying to organise a charity match with some of the best fighters in the world such as Joe Calzaghe, Enzo Maccarinelli and maybe even Ricky Hatton
name here
If you read last week's column you'll know that my brother James is a great prospect as a boxer and trains at the same gym as Joe Calzaghe and Enzo Maccarinelli in Newbridge.
My other brother Thomas is trying, through James, to organise a charity match with some of the best fighters in the world such as Joe, Enzo and maybe even Ricky Hatton.
Anyway, I got a call from the people at the Liberty Stadium and they want me to go to Swansea on Thursday and discuss some dates to try to get the match played. It looks like it's all going ahead and it's really starting to snowball.
I think it's going to be in the summertime at some point. Thomas has done brilliant to get this arranged, it's been incredible and he's had some great help from Torquay fan Anna Taylor, as well as from my mum.
As for James' boxing career, he had his first professional fight at the weekend in Bristol.
He did brilliantly. He drew, but to be honest he deserved the win, he was outstanding.
He came out to the ring in my shirt, with Todd and the number six on the back - it was quite emotional for me.
He fought incredibly and to be fair I think he was robbed a bit and I think everyone in the crowd knew that. The lad he was fighting was from Bristol, it was his home crowd and they filled half the arena.
He's gutted, as he's a winner at the end of the day, just like all the Todds!
James has asked him for a rematch but hasn't heard anything, so I'm guessing the lad's got a bit of sense
But even though it's a draw, he's still undefeated, just like me!
Chris Todd was talking to BBC South West's Brent Pilnick.
