Chris McPhee opened the scoring from the penalty spot and a second spot kick from McPhee made it 2-0 at the break.
Junior Mendes pulled a goal back in the second half for the visiting Shots to give them some hope.
However, Paul McCarthy wrapped up the win just two minutes later following good work by Luke Moore and Stacy Long.
