Shrewsbury boss Gary Peters has completed the signing of three players.
Leyton Orient's Wales international keeper Glynn Garner, 30, ex-Crewe defender Darran Kempson, 22, and Bury midfielder Marc Pugh, 20, have joined.
Pugh rejected a new deal at Bury but as he is under 24, they will receive a transfer fee which will be settled by a tribunal unless the clubs can agree.
Peters has already signed defender Darren Moss from Crewe and midfielder David Hunt from Northampton.
"Glynn was offered a two-year deal at Orient on good money, but we've managed to get him to come here for less money but for a better lifestyle," Peters told the Shrews' website.
"When Bury wanted to buy Glynn Hurst from us we offered to do a swap deal with Marc, but they decided against it.
"They've offered Marc contracts all season but he has turned them down. We've taken the gamble should it go to tribunal."
Peters has also agreed to sign another, unnamed player, whose identity will be revealed after he returns from holiday and puts pen to paper.
