Forward Lewis Haldane has agreed a new two-year contract with Port Vale, keeping him at the League Two club until the summer of 2012.
The 25-year-old initially arrived at Vale Park on loan from Bristol Rovers last September.
He later signed a permanent deal until the end of the season after negotiating his release from the Memorial Stadium.
Haldane follows John McCombe, Anthony Griffith, Kris Taylor and Chris Martin in agreeing a new deal with Vale.
