Oxford striker Yemi Odubade says he is keen to start more games, but believes he has an important contribution to make from the substitutes' bench.
Nineteen of the 25-year-old's 35 appearances this season have been as a substitute, but he is philosophical about his billing as an impact player.
He told BBC Oxford: "It didn't frustrate Ole Gunnar Solskjaer did it?
"I want to start but if I come on and do well and help us get some points it is for the team."
