Promotion-chasing Oldham have completed the permanent signing of Sean Gregan.
The 32-year-old defender has agreed a two-and-a-half year deal at Boundary Park following a successful loan spell from Leeds United.
The former Preston and West Bromwich Albion player reached the end of his loan at the start of January and was then released by Leeds.
Gregan has started 11 games for Oldham with nine of those ending in wins for John Sheridan's side.
