Leyton Orient have picked up the League One award for the CSI Sports Community Club of the Year.
The relegation-threatened O's received the honour at the 2009 Football League Awards held on Sunday at Grosvenor House on Park Lane in London.
Club community sports programme chief executive Neil Taylor said: "We aim to be innovative, people-focused and to bring the best out of young people.
"It's recognition for not just this year but for 20 years (of work)."
