Danny Collins has found himself out of the Wales squad

Sunderland defender Danny Collins fears he will never play for Wales again if John Toshack remains manager.
The pair rowed in March when Collins felt he was snubbed by being kept on the bench for a friendly with Paraguay.
The 26-year-old then ruled himself out of a mini-tour in May and Toshack has never selected Collins again.
"It's nothing to do with the way I have been playing. We had a few words after one game and that has knocked it on the head," Collins told the Northern Echo.
"I'm disappointed really, I'm 26 and I want to get a few more caps. You want to play for your country, I should have more caps than I have."
Collins, who has four caps, took offence in the Paraguay game after watching six other replacements - many from lower divisions - get their chance to play while he was left on the bench.

John Toshack looks like he's the sort of person who is holding grudges

Toshack has also had high-profile rows with Premiership pair Robbie Savage and Ben Thatcher, who both remain in the international wilderness.
"He (Toshack) looks like he's the sort of person who is holding grudges," Collins added.
"Whether I'm playing week in and week out here won't really make a difference."
Collins is enjoying a good run in the Sunderland team under new boss Roy Keane, starting the last eight Championship games.
But he had to watch Black Cats team-mates Darren Ward and Lewin Nyatanga depart to play for Wales in a friendly against Liechtenstein on Tuesday night.
Despite a raft of injuries in defence, Toshack was again content to overlook Collins.
Instead he opted to hand a Wales debut to 27-year-old Steve Evans from League Two side Wrexham, who last season was playing in the Welsh Premier for TNS.
