Kirk Hudson's superb volley helped Aldershot to victory over Luton who remain rooted to the bottom of the League Two.
Scott Davies gave the Shots the lead from the spot after Sol Davis was judged to have fouled John Grant inside the penalty area.
Luton equalised when Tom Craddock cracked in a left-foot drive from eight yards after Asa Hall's pullback.
But Hudson won it for Aldershot when he smashed in Lewis Chalmers' lofted ball.
