Faltering promotion chasers Oxford United's winless run extended to five games as they came from behind to hold play-off candidates Rushden & Diamonds.
After an uneventful first half, Diamonds took the lead when Rhys Day headed former United striker Craig Farrell's free-kick into his own net.
Substitute Sam Deering levelled to move Oxford up to second, lobbing the ball over Dale Roberts in the Diamonds goal.
Deering and Mark Byrne both had chances as Rushden went fourth in the table.
The result leaves United, who led the league by eight points at one stage, five points behind leaders Stevenage.
Rushden have only lost one Blue Square Premier game since 5 December - against the U's last month.
