Harrogate Town suffered a surprise home defeat to struggling Solihull Moors thanks to a late Ross Dempster strike.
Town manager Simon Weaver told BBC York: "What was most disappointing was the performance. In every game we'd performed pretty well until today.
"We really didn't turn up today," he added, both metaphorically and literally. "We meet at half past one and a few people turned up late.
"I think it epitomised our lazy presence in the game today."
He added: "I'm very disappointed with a fair few individuals out there. As a collective effort we fell well short today."
Individuals need to sharpen up fast if they want to play for me

Town had more possession and pressure throughout the game but Weaver admitted: "They (Moors) looked a lot more dangerous than us. We've got to be more ruthless in both boxes."
Weaver said the 25-yard winner from Dempster 12 minutes from the end was not a surprise. "I thought they were the more likely team to score. We've got to learn and learn fast if we're to improve."
Weaver will consider how to deal with the players for their misdemeanours both on and off the field before next Saturday's game at Southport, a team with serious promotion hopes.
"I'll think about it later, I'll just cool off a bit and review it with a calm head.
"We need to sharpen up, and individuals need to sharpen up fast if they want to play for me.
"Southport (is) always a tough place to go and we might have to look at the team and think, let's go physical and meet the physical challenge head on, which we haven't done today.
"We were second to the ball so many times today and that really disappointed me."
