Grantham Town have appointed Phil Starbuck as their new manager.
Starbuck, 39, who has also managed Leigh RMI and Hednesford Town, succeeds John Wilkinson at the Meres.
The Gingerbreads last won in September and are next to bottom in the Unibond First Division South, having conceded 36 goals in nine matches since then.
Starbuck told BBC Radio Lincolnshire: "Shoring up the back line is my priority, but I want to play good attractive flowing football."
