Match of the Day is on BBC One and this website at 2305 GMT, with the Football League Show following at 0015 GMT. Oh, and before I go, starting at 2130 GMT tonight, Nabil Hassan will bring you coverage of David Haye against Nikolay Valuev for the WBA heavyweight crown in Nuremberg.

1931: Arsenal move up to second thanks to that routine win - and one of the Gooners in the office just offered £100 bets that his boys would win the Premier League this season. Dimitar Berbatov reckons only Chelsea can take the title off Man United this season. I wonder...

1925: Full-time Wolves 1-4 Arsenal
The game was over a long time ago, but now it's official. Wolves started well, but Arsenal were miles too strong - and probably had another gear or two in fairness.

1923: We're into the three minutes of injury time at Molineux.

Wolves goal: The boy's in the form of his life - at both ends. A corner is swung into the Arsenal box and Jody Craddock gets away too easily from Thomas Vermaelen, getting enough space to thump a header into the net from six yards.

1921: GOAL Wolves 1-4 Arsenal

1920: Robin van Persie holds the ball up and lays it off to Tomas Rosicky, who blazes over from 12 yards when he probably should score. It feels like this game ended a lifetime ago.

1917: Robin van Persie latches on to a poor backpass and tries to round Wayne Hennessey about three times, eventually being dispossessed. He's had a magnificent evening too, the Dutchman - what a job he does for this Arsenal team.

1915: We're just counting down until full-time now. Are there any decent-looking games tomorrow, do you know?

1912: Our last change of the day is made as Michael Mancienne comes on for David Edwards for Wolves. He'll play just on front of the back four. Ten minutes plus stoppages left.

1910: Leeds United are in the hat for round two of the FA Cup - Mike Grella bagged a second in the last minute as they beat Oldham 2-0 at Boundary Park to progress.

1908: Robin van Persie does ludicrously well to chest down an Alex Song pass in the Wolves box and turn and pull the ball back to Cesc Fabregas, who balloons over left-footed from eight yards.

1907: Wolves haul off the ineffective Nenad Milijas and send on Matt Jarvis, while Samir Nasri replaces Andrey Arshavin for Arsenal.

1902: Nenad Milijas curls a free-kick goalwards from 25 yards and it appears to strike an Arsenal player on his raised arm - I think it's Cesc Fabregas, but nothing it given. Eduardo is replaced by Tomas Rosicky.

1900: Eduardo is sent through by Alex Song, but Wayne Hennessey spreads himself and prevents another Arsenal goal.

Arsenal goal: It's another good strike, but more appalling defending - Mick McCarthy is going to tear a strip off them later. Wayne Hennessey punches a corner to the edge of the box and Nenad Milijas can hardly be bothered to challenge Andrey Arshavin for the ball - so the Russian slides a right-foot shot into the bottom right-hand corner.

1858: GOAL Wolves 0-4 Arsenal

1857: Andrey Arshavin loves those tight angles out on the left - he fizzes in a screamer towards the roof of the net but Wayne Hennessey tips it over.

1857: Michael Kightly comes on for his 100th Wolves appearance, replacing Segundo Castillo.

1854: Wolves are preparing Michael Kightly, but he'd have to be Pele, Maradona and Cruyff all rolled into one to change this game in their favour. Over an hour gone, it's still Wolves 0-3 Arsenal.

1851: Kieran Gibbs is cautioned for catching Ronald Zubar on the ankle. He's done pretty well today though, Gibbs - definitely a future England international. Moments later, Nenad Milijas is booked for a foul on Bacary Sagna.

1848: Manuel Almunia does well to catch a high ball into the Arsenal box as Wolves attempt to exert a bit of pressure. It's eerily quiet inside Molineux, it's a bit like a training session now.

1844: I'm watching the majestic Cesc Fabregas thinking to myself how lucky Spain are to have produced Xavi, Iniesta and Fabregas all in the same generation. Or is it luck? However they've done it, will these three go down as among the best midfielders of all time?

1842: If all games ended at half-time (it's a fairly big 'if', but do bear with me), Wolves would be bottom of the Premier League. As it is, they'll stay 18th.

1840: If I were a Wolves player, I wouldn't expect to see much of the ball in the next 45 minutes. Arsenal are going to keep it for as long as they can - it's less tiring, that way.

1837: Back under way at Molineux. It's still raining - Mick McCarthy must feel like the lead singer of Travis. I wonder what he said at half-time.

1823: It is of course Wolves 0-3 Arsenal. I don't have the power to take goals away from anyone - trust me, if I could, Danny Haynes would have his ruled out for starters.

1821: Half-time Wolves 0-3 Arsenal
Wolves made a bright start, but you cannot argue with the score. The two own goals had a touch of fortune, but the third was a delight - Wolves must now seek to keep the score respectable.

Arsenal goal: Beautiful. Simplicity itself as Bacary Sagna clips a cross into the box, Robin van Persie magnificently directs the ball dead weight into the path of Cesc Fabregas and the midfielder takes a touch before rolling past Wayne Hennessey.

1819: GOAL Wolves 0-3 Arsenal

1816: Couple of minutes to go until the break and even the kids are showboating as Aaron Ramsey dinks a delightful outside-of-the-foot cross into the Wolves box, the hosts clearing their lines.

1812: Arsenal are rampant. Eduardo finds Robin van Persie on the right-hand side of the Wolves box and his left-foot shot flies wide of the far post. Moments later, Andrey Arshavin is booked for an accumulation of fouls.

Arsenal goal: That might be another own goal, but it's still lovely execution. A Wolves attack breaks down in the Arsenal half and it's suddenly two on one as Eduardo and Aaron Ramsey break. The Welshman tees up Eduardo and he lifts a glorious chip via the head of Jody Craddock, over Wayne Hennessey and into the net.

1808: GOAL Wolves 0-2 Arsenal

1804: See 1759: Obviously don't Twitter the 606 thread. Oh God, that sounds like something my mum would say.

1803: Robin van Persie picks out Aaron Ramsey with a cross from the right, but the Welsh teenager can only head into the arms of Wayne Hennessey.

Arsenal goal: That's pathetic defending, sorry Wolves fans. A corner is whipped in by Cesc Fabregas, it beats the posse of players at the near post and falls knee-high inside the six-yard box. As Ronald Zubar and Eduardo both go for it, it comes off the defender and without a man on the post flies in. Woeful.

1801: GOAL Wolves 0-1 Arsenal

1759: Sylvan Ebanks-Blake tries to force a Wolves corner home but raises his arm and is booked for his deception by referee Steve Bennett, who had had a very good start.

1759: It's not too late to get in touch, and here's how: Twitter, through the 606 thread and texts in to 81111. Come on.

1756: Early change for Arsenal, an enforced one, as Abou Diaby trots off and is replaced by Alex Song, who doesn't get much of a rest.

1754: Leeds have taken the lead in the FA Cup at Oldham, Jonathan Howson making it 1-0 at (a probably wind-swept) Boundary Park.

1750: What a chance for Christophe Berra and Wolves. A free-kick is pumped into the Arsenal box and it falls on the head of the defender six yards out, but instead of nodding goalwards, he tries to cushion it back to a team-mate. Wasteful.

1747: A ball into the Wolves box falls at the feet of Eduardo and he tumbles under a challenge from Ronald Zubar, but there's no penalty and no Arsenal complaints either.

Blackburn manager Sam Allardyce: "The first 45 minutes was well below our best but I can forgive them because we've won the game. The substitutions paid dividends. It's the quality of our three goals today that has made the difference. It was the most crucial game for us this season because of the position we and Portsmouth are in and with the international break coming up."

1743: Referee Steve Bennett plays a good advantage after William Gallas's foul down the Wolves left - going back to book the Arsenal defender - and from the corner that ensues, an under pressure Sylvan Ebanks-Blake heads wide.

1739: Wolves ping a corner into the Arsenal box and Kevin Doyle nods it goalwards, Kieran Gibbs heading away from danger at the far post.

Bolton boss Gary Megson: "It's not acceptable and nowhere near good enough from our players. You still have to at least match them for desire. People can't expect to be playing like they are. There's certainly going to have to be some changes as some players are simply not on their game. It's a really poor result for us. We have to start performing in a much more professional fashion. We've let ourselves down and we've let the supporters down."

1737: Wolves have started well, lots of tempo and energy about their play. Do they need an early goal to make this one interesting?

Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp: "Well first of all, Heurelho Gomes said he didn't think it was a penalty - he's tried to get out of the way of the player and got kicked in the chest."

Sunderland boss Steve Bruce: "The turning point was the second-half penalty incident. Darren Bent was through on goal, it's a goal-scoring opportunity, and by the letter of the law he should be sent off. Instead it's just a yellow card and he's had the chance to save the penalty, but he shouldn't have been on the pitch. And if we're playing 10 men who knows? Still, I'm delighted with the way we played - we completely bossed the game - that's football sometimes."

1733: After a minute's silence on the eve of Remembrance Sunday, we get under way in the final Premier League game of the day as Mick McCarthy's Wolves pit their wits against Arsene Wenger's Arsenal.

Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill: "It's very pleasing. It's great to come to Villa Park. The crowd are right behind us and we've started to win here which is very important. We've had a tough run on the road since we last won here against Chelsea. The defeat against West Ham was very difficult to take. The players were ready, we got out of the blocks quickly and I'm really pleased with the performance."

1727: The teams are out at Molineux and we are minutes from getting under way. In the FA Cup, Oldham v Leeds is already under way.

Aston Villa's James Milner on his penalty: "I thought Siddy would have put it in! I was very lucky to be honest - it was a mucky penalty. A really bad penalty".

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger: "Alex Song is rested today. Manuel Almunia has a good opportunity to show he's back to his best today, he'll be put under pressure and he'll need to put in a brilliant performance. We want to be first, not third, and these are the sorts of games you have to turn up and win."

1718: Tough task for Wolves today - they haven't beaten Arsenal since a 3-2 victory at Highbury in 1979. Their last Molineux win over the Gunners came in 1978. Back then they probably chanted 'Can we play you every week?' A draw today would see the hosts climb out of the bottom three.

1711: Wolves make three changes from the side that drew with Stoke, bringing in Richard Stearman, Nenad Milijas and Sylvan Ebanks-Blake for George Elokobi, Michael Kightly and Chris Iwelumo. Arsenal also make three changes from their side that beat AZ Alkmaar in midweek, with Bacary Sagna, Aaron Ramsey and Eduardo replacing Emmanuel Eboue, Samir Nasri and Alex Song.

Manchester City are left deflated by Burnley's dramatic late leveller, Spurs somehow survive a battering to beat Sunderland, Villa hammer Bolton and Blackburn come from behind to see off Portsmouth. 18 goals in four games - roll on Wolves v Arsenal.

1649: I won't lie to you, Forest just scored against Bristol City and I just made my own eardrums bleed. In the FA Cup, York City are only beating Crewe 3-2, while Gateshead have equalised at home to Brentford, 2-2.

Burnley goal: Unbelievable scenes at Eastlands. A ball into the City box is headed across the six-yard box for sub Kevin McDonald to slot in past Shay Given. What a point this would be for Burnley. And what a point it would be for City, in a very, very different way.

1646: GOAL Manchester City 3-3 Burnley

Rovers goal: David Dunn sends the ball out wide to the left to Benni McCarthy and he fires over a low cross that Jason Roberts converts at the near post. Sam Allardyce celebrates like Blackburn have just won the league. They haven't - it's not 1995.

1645: GOAL Blackburn 3-1 Portsmouth

1644: Still Sunderland cannot score. Michael Turner climbs high to head a cross goalwards at Spurs, but Heurelho Gomes makes a sprawling save down to his right.

1641: Shock o'clock update, brought to you by FA Cup and Football League Danny: "About 10 minutes to go in the FA Cup 3pm kick-offs. And here are the major shocks - Grimsby 0-2 Bath City; Hartlepool 0-1 Kettering; Luton 3-1 Rochdale; Oxford 1-0 Yeovil; Shrewsbury 0-1 Staines Town. Stand firm, you Cupset warriors."

1638: FA Cup and Football League Danny: "AFC Telford's hopes look to be over - two quick goals have put Lincoln 3-1 up and they look to be coming through a tricky tie safely."

Villa goal: When it's your day, it's your day. James Milner swings over a fabulous cross from the left and Carlos Cuellar flicks it on with his head, the ball flying past Jussi Jaaskelainen and into the Bolton net.

1634: GOAL Aston Villa 5-1 Bolton

Villa goal: Kevin Davies appears to push John Carew in the Villa box and it's a penalty. James Milner's tame effort is saved by Jussi Jaaskelainen, Steve Sidwell slots against the post with an empty net to aim for and it falls at the feet of Milner, who makes no mistake second time around.

Blackburn goal: Blackburn captain Ryan Nelsen rises unmarked to head David Dunn's corner home and put the hosts ahead against Portsmouth.

1632: GOAL Aston Villa 4-1 Bolton

1631: PENALTY TO ASTON VILLA

Spurs goal: If there wasn't a net, that ball would never stop rising. What a smash-and-grab this is from Tottenham, who have been outplayed for long periods. Jermain Defoe lays it off to Tom Huddlestone 20 yards out and his right-foot screamer flies in off the underside of the bar. Stunning.

1629: GOAL Tottenham 2-0 Sunderland

1628: Sunderland are forced into a change as keeper Craig Gordon limps off and Marton Fulop comes on. He is nearly called into action, but Niko Kranjcar's shot is blocked.

1626: Enough going on? Don't forget, we've still got Wolves v Arsenal at 1730 GMT. Line-ups and team news on the way soon(ish).

1623: FA Cup and Football League Danny: "Bad few minutes for Cupset fans. Brentford level at Gateshead, moments after slipping behind - it's 1-1. And Northampton have re-taken the lead against Fleetwood Town and lead 2-1 thanks to Luke Guttridge."

1622: Sunderland have done absolutely everything but score. Steed Malbranque lets fly this time, but Heurelho Gomes saves low down to his right.

1621: FA Cup and Football League Danny: "Ipswich just cannot win (apart from last weekend) in the league this season can they? Simon Church has just levelled for Reading, it's 1-1 against the Tractor Boys. Elsewhere, Blue Square North high-fliers AFC Telford have levelled against League Two Lincoln City. It's 1-1."

1619: Sunderland's Craig Gordon saves from Jermain Defoe but the keeper is injured and as he is lying prostrate on the ground Tom Huddlestone lets fly goalwards, only for Phil Bardsley - on the stretch - to divert the ball wide.

Man City goal: Rampant City now. Stephen Ireland sends Shaun Wright-Phillips scampering away down the right and his low cross falls perfectly for Craig Bellamy to slot in from 10 yards.

1617: GOAL Manchester City 3-2 Burnley

1617: So, that Sunderland peno. Darren Bent earned the penalty, dashing through on goal and going down theatrically under Heurelho Gomes's despairing dive. But the former Spurs man's joy soon turns to misery as his tame spot-kick is kept out by the Brazilian and the hosts - somehow - remain ahead.

Man City goal: Back on level terms - now how strong are Burnley? Gareth Barry's floated free-kick finds its way to the back post and Joleon Lescott turns it across the six-yard line for Kolo Toure to slot in at the far post.

1615: GOAL Manchester City 2-2 Burnley

Villa goal: James Milner slips the ball to John Carew with his back to goal. The Norwegian turns, brushes Zat Knight aside in the process, and then bulldozes past Gary Cahill before slamming home. Fantastic strength from the big man.

1614: MISSED PENALTY (Darren Bent, Sunderland)

Blackburn goal: Ryan Nelsen heads down David Dunn's corner and Jason Roberts pokes the ball past Portsmouth goalkeeper David James. Back on level terms - great changes from Big Sam.

1613: GOAL Aston Villa 3-1 Bolton

1612: PENALTY TO SUNDERLAND

1612: GOAL Blackburn 1-1 Portsmouth

1611: Sunderland have been ever so lively today and more great work from the faultless Andy Reid sets up a shooting chance for Kieran Richardson 25 yards out, but he slices it wide.

1609: Great chance for Portsmouth at Blackburn, but Younes Kaboul heads over from eight yards from Jamie O'Hara's free-kick. Tommy Smith comes on for Aruna Dindane.

1606: Getting under way around the country. Having had a much better look at the Darren Bent penalty shout at half-time - thanks to about 27 slow-motion replays - I think it might have been a spot-kick. Difficult decision, though.

1604: Blackburn have made a double change at the break, with Jason Roberts and Benni McCarthy on for Morten Gamst Pedersen and El Hadji Diouf.

Lescott raised his hand into an unnatural position, nor could he be said to be protecting himself, and therefore ball to hand does not apply. Stone cold penalty according to both the rules and penalty interpretation videos that Fifa send to referees."

1550: FA Cup and Football League Danny: "Looks like going to form at the top of the Championship today. Leaders Newcastle are 2-0 up against Peterborough at the sportsdirect.com@St James' Park Stadium. Meanwhile, West Brom have just gone 1-0 up at Leicester. Elsewhere, Cupset fans, Fleetwood Town are 1-1 at Northampton thanks to Sean Clancy's leveller."

1548: Half-time Manchester City 1-2 Burnley

1548: Half-time Aston Villa 2-1 Bolton

1548: Half-time Blackburn 0-1 Portsmouth

Bolton goal: With half-time approaching, a long ball causes havoc in the Villa defence. It falls to Gary Cahill whose shot deflects off the diving Richard Dunne and against the post, with Johan Elmander tapping in from close range. Brad Friedel was left completely helpless by the deflection.

Man City goal: Shaun Wright-Phillips pulls one back for Man City, although there's more than a touch of fortune as his low shot deflects off of Steven Caldwell of Burnley and creeps inside the far post. Game on.

1545: GOAL Aston Villa 2-1 Bolton

1545: GOAL Manchester City 1-2 Burnley

Villa goal: Gary Cahill, earlier on this season: Martin O'Neill is a great manager, but everyone makes mistakes sometimes." That was Cahill talking about O'Neill selling him. But it's a safe bet that O'Neill won't be regretting it now as Cahill tries to let the ball run out only to see John Carew keep it in and he sets up Gabby Agbonlahor to slot home.

1543: GOAL Aston Villa 2-0 Bolton

1540: Vedran Corluka's back header never looks like reaching Heurelho Gomes and Kieran Richardson steams through only for the Brazilian to make an excellent low save.

1539: Ooh. Sunderland's Andy Reid swings that trusty left foot of his from 25 yards and it dips over Heurelho Gomes, slapping against the left-hand post.

1538: Penalty shout at White Hart Lane - but Sunderland are denied. Fraizer Campbell squeezes in the cross and Darren Bent goes down under Heurelho Gomes's brave diving clearance - referee Kevin Friend is having none of it, and replays suggest the official got that spot on, with the Brazilian clearly getting the ball.

1538: FA Cup and Football League Danny: "Grimsby Town aren't having a great season. And maybe it's about to get worse. The League Two strugglers are 1-0 down to Conference South Bath City thanks to Chris Holland's goal. Luton are now 3-0 up against Rochdale with 30 minutes gone. Alright, there's only one division between them, but don't forget Rochdale are second in League Two and fresh from smashing leaders Bournemouth on their own turf last weekend. Fair play the Hatters."

1536: Referee Andre Marriner has to deal with Portsmouth's Jamie O'Hara and Blackburn's Pascal Chimbonda - former Spurs team-mates - after they get tangled up and have a bit of afters. Bookings for them both.

Burnley goal: Forget the FA Cup, we've got a giant-killing on our hands in the top flight. Robbie Blake sends Chris Eagles away down the right and his cross is tapped in at the far post by Steven Fletcher. There are appeals for offside - not even close. Burnley, without an away point so far this season, have put the cat amongst the pigeons at Eastlands.

Penalty awarded by referee Stuart Atwell (here we go) and up steps the unflappable Graham Alexander to slot the penalty into the bottom right-hand corner - no heroics this time from Shay Given.

1518: Paul Robinson has got to stop conceding goals from 30 yards out. I mean the odd one, yeah, but it's happening all the time at the moment. Will not be impressing Fabio Capello.

Pompey goal: Not undeserved, and Paul Hart's in-form side lead. Aruna Dindan clips the ball to Jamie O'Hara, who is in acres of space inside the Blackburn half. The on-loan midfielder hits a daisy-cutter from 30 yards that skips off the soggy surface and curls away from Paul Robinson into the bottom left-hand corner of his net.

Spurs goal: It's been an even-steven start at the Lane, but advantage Tottenham now. Benoit Assou-Ekotto crosses from the left and Peter Crouch heads into the path of Robbie Keane, who sees his first effort saved by Craig Gordon and then bundles in the rebound.

1510: He's changed his name by deed poll: FA Cup and Football League Danny: "Steve Basham has made it Luton 1-0 Rochdale. To be fair, it doesn't sound like an FA Cup cupset does it? But it would be, technically, as it's Bl Sq Prem beating League Two and on what is looking like a slender days of shock exits, I'll take it."

1507: Half a chance for Jordan Henderson at Spurs, but the midfielder cannot sort his feet out in time to direct Darren Bent's right-wing cross on target.

Villa goal: The hosts had all the early play and they make it count. James Milner's left-foot inswinging cross from the right is headed goalwards by John Carew and after Jussi Jaaskelainen gets down well to make the save, Ashley Young creams the rebound into the roof of the net.

1455: Manchester City like playing Burnley, it turns out. Their last five games brought wins of 6-0, 5-0, 1-0, 4-2 and 5-1. Gutted if you only went to the 1-0, though. Carlos Tevez will be looking for goals - he's failed to score in eight of his nine league appearances since signing for City. Burnley's last top flight away win was on 17 April, 1976 - at Newcastle.

1452: Villa will be looking to bounce back from their 2-1 defeat at West Ham on Monday when they host Bolton. Emile Heskey misses out, but then is that a massive loss? After all, he hasn't even had a shot on target this season. Bolton, though, are the only Premier League team yet to keep a clean sheet in 2009-10.

1439: Oh, Norwich won 7-0 at Paulton in the first round of the FA Cup, by the way. Four for Chris Martin, a brace for Grant Holt and Wes Hoolahan also bagged.

Jlloyd Samuel is suspended for Bolton following his red card against Chelsea so Paul Robinson deputises at left-back. It'll happen, it always does.

1337: Half-time in the FA Cup, Paulton 0-3 Norwich, and half-time in the Championship where it is Swansea 2-2 Cardiff in an absolute humdinger.

1335: Poor FA Cup Danny: "Come on Football League teams, where's your sense of romance? It's now Bromley 0-1 Colchester, Simon Hackney with the goal."

1330: Couple of minutes before half-time and it's all over at the Athletic Field as Grant Holt bags his second, heading in a corner as the static Paulton defence looked on. Norwich lead 3-0.

1319: You may remember him from such seasons as 2007-08, or 2008-09. Here's the great FA Cup Danny: "I love a Cupset, me. It gives me life, like blood does to a vampire. Sadly, not likely to be one at Paulton, it would seem as Norwich are demonstrating the five-division gap between the teams. Two other matches currently underway - it's Bromley 0-0 Colchester and Stourbridge 0-0 Walsall."

1302: So, Paulton Rovers. What? You don't know who the hell I'm talking about? Oh, OK. Little Paulton were formed 128 years ago and usually have crowds of about 200. Right now, about two million people are watching The Rovers (must do better) on television as they try to cause a monumental cupset. Surely we can find them a better nickname, though?

1259: Swansea have made a flying start at the Liberty Satdium and they take a 10th-minute lead against fierce rivals Cardiff City. The Bluebirds fail to clear a free-kick, keeper David Marshall goes walkabout and Nathan Dyer nods over him into the net. The home fans go crazy. Swansea 1-0 Cardiff.

1258: It's a gorgeous autumnal afternoon and I'm watching Paulton Rovers cause Norwich City all kinds of problems on my telly. I doubt I've ever been happier.

1255: You may have noticed that the Premier League games don't start for more than two hours. In which case, well done. But there's so much going on it's embarrassing. Not only are they now under way at the Liberty Stadium, but we've got early FA Cup ties kicking off at Hayes Lane, Athletic Field, and the brilliantly-named War Memorial Athletic Ground. FA Cup Danny will keep you up to date. It's just how he rolls.

1234: There's a cheeky smattering of Premier League games too, for your delectation. At three o'clock Greenwich Mean Time, four top flight contests kick-off, with Arsenal's trip to Molineux to face Wolves getting under way at 1730. Wait, there's more...

1230: You know, we're constantly being told that 14 February is the most romantic day of the year. But us football fans, we know differently. There is nothing on earth quite like the first round proper of the FA Cup.*
