Rankin is excited to be working with Allan Donald

Warwickshire have signed Ireland fast bowler Boyd Rankin on a two-year deal after the 23-year-old failed to sign a contract to stay at Derbyshire.
"Derbyshire made me a very good offer, and it was a difficult decision to leave," said World Cup star Rankin.
"Once the opportunity arose with Warwickshire, and the chance to work with their bowling coach Allan Donald, it was something I had to go for."
Last week Derbyshire withdrew a two-year contract offer to Rankin.

606: DEBATE
|
"We cannot wait forever - we want players who are 100% committed and 100% certain they want to play for Derbyshire," said chief executive Tom Sears.
"Late in the season, Boyd engaged the services of an agent and this has certainly not helped. Time will tell if the advice he has been given is in his best long-term interests."
Warwicks director of cricket Ashley Giles said that the club would be working hard to develop Rankin's potential.
"We are excited about adding Boyd to our staff," said Giles. "He has real potential not just for Warwickshire but at international level as well.
"Boyd has the ideal fast bowling attributes for our new coach Alan Donald to work with and develop."
