Surrey cricket manager Chris Adams believes Chris Tremlett and Steven Davies have long-term England futures.
Tremlett took 17 wickets as England won the Ashes, while Davies is set to play in the two Twenty20 internationals and the one-day series against Australia.
"Chris has been at the heart of the superb Ashes performances in every game," Adams told BBC London 94.9.
"Steve has the opportunity to grab hold of the one-day position especially with the World Cup coming around."
He added: "We have to factor into our preparation for the season that we may be without them for some time this season."
Paceman Tremlett stepped in for the injured Stuart Broad for the final three Tests and made a huge impression, with his haul including the final wicket of the series - the scalp of Michael Beer -
which wrapped up England's 3-1 series win.
The 24-year-old is set to take the gloves and open the batting in both the Twenty20 and one-day games and Adams says he has a chance to establish himself in the side for the forthcoming World Cup and into the future.
"He has had a long trip in Australia but he has been enjoying it and felt his game was moving forward," added Adams.
"Now his chance has come and it's a great chance for him to grab hold of the Twenty20 and 50-over position."
