County Championship D2, Cardiff, day four (close): Glamorgan drew with Gloucestershire 262-4
Glamorgan 5pts, Glos 6
Weather was the winner as the Division Two match between Glamorgan and Gloucestershire was declared a draw.
Heavy overnight rain left the ground saturated, leading umpires Richard Illingworth and Trevor Jesty to rule out play on the fourth and final day.
It was the third day running on which no action could take place in Cardiff.
It proved to be a miserable end to Glamorgan's poor season as the draw ensured they finished rooted to the bottom of the Division Two table.
The only play was on day one when the visitors made 262-4, Hamish Marshall hitting 121 at nearly a run a ball.
A total of 345 overs of the match at Sophia Gardens were lost to the elements.
