Afghanistan limited Japan to 86 all out

Afghanistan beat Japan by 93 runs in their opener in the World Cricket League Division Five Tournament.
The Afghans, who won the toss and elected to bat, seemed to be cruising at 100-2, but a middle-order collapse left them 179 all out in 36 overs.
Coach Taj Malik told BBC Jersey: "The pitch was very slow and had uneven bounce, with the ball sometimes low while others rise."
In reply their bowlers made up for the lack of runs and had Japan 86 all out.
Tournament favourites Afghanistan face the Bahamas in their second group match on Saturday.
