Pedrosa suffered a 170mph crash on the straight in Sachsenring

Dani Pedrosa has been forced to pull out of Sunday's US MotoGP at Laguna Seca in California after being injured in Germany last weekend.
The Repsol Honda rider suffered wrist, finger and ankle injuries when he crashed out of the German MotoGP.
"This has been a very difficult decision to take, but there really is no alternative," said Pedrosa.
"I knew that I couldn't finish the race in these conditions. To face 32 laps would have been impossible."
