Carl Froch's promoter Mick Hennessy hopes to line up fights with Joe Calzaghe or Jermain Taylor if the Gedling-born boxer beats Jean Pascal.
Froch meets Pascal on Saturday for the vacant WBC super-middleweight title.
Hennessy told BBC Radio Nottingham: "If Carl does this in style to a massive terrestrial audience, it would be hard for Calzaghe to turn us down.
"Taylor is on the agenda for us but whether Carl is on the agenda for Jermain Taylor I don't know."
Hennessy has offered Calzaghe, 36, a reported £5m to fight Froch if he gets past Canadian fighter Pascal.
And a deal is also said to have been tabled for Froch to meet former middleweight king Jermain Taylor, 30, in New York early next in 2009.

But Hennessy is unsure whether Taylor will be tempted into the ring, especially if Froch impresses this weekend.
"Taylor swerved Carl before and it looks like he's going to try and do the same thing," Hennessy explained.
"If Carl looks like the way he can look on Saturday night, then I think Jermain Taylor will look for the exit."
Froch, 31, has spent four weeks at an Irish training camp ahead of Saturday's fight and is confident he will triumph.
He told BBC East Midlands Today: "I've been fighting 21 years for the moment of becoming the best in the world, so I'm going to unleash hell on Pascal on Saturday night.
"I'm going to show him why I'm going to be undisputed super-middleweight champion of the world."
There will be a preview of the fight from 1800 on Friday, 5 December, which will also be available online at bbc.co.uk/nottingham.
