75 years of BRM: Lincolnshire's pioneering F1 team

Secret Lincolnshire

Available for over a year

Part 1: From Bourne to the World Championship Britain is regarded as the global centre of Formula One, with many of the current teams based here - and the quiet south Lincolnshire town of Bourne has a special place in F1 history. It was there in 1950 that Raymond Mays founded BRM who went on to be the first all-British team to win the Formula One drivers' and constructors' titles in 1962 with Graham Hill, and who in their 75th anniversary year are still hugely popular on the classic racing scene.
