Liverpool’s Beth Munro became the first ever Briton to secure a Paralympic Taekwondo medal at Tokyo 2020, and is now hoping to go one better in Paris. Beth originally played netball and javelin, and admits Taekwondo wasn’t on her radar initially, but has reached the top of the rankings in the sport she now excels in. Litherland-born Beth has been explaining how Taekwondo came into her life. If you’re inspired to explore inclusive Paralympic sports, check out Super Movers for Every Body on BBC Teach.
