Dissident Iranian filmmaker Jafar Panahi speaks to the BBC
Shot in secret in Tehran, the film, It Was Just an Accident, by acclaimed Iranian director Jafar Panahi takes aim at oppressive regimes and is widely seen as a condemnation of authoritarianism.
Panahi told the BBC Talking Movies that his film is honoring political prisoners he spent time with in jail, adding that his films are as a historical memory of the realities in Iran.
