Denise Lewis
The Olympic gold medallist on life, career and her new exercise book

Denise Lewis became one of the golden girls of British sport when she won the heptathlon at the Sydney Olympics in 2000. Since then her life has seen a series of ups and downs. Injury saw her withdraw from the Athens Olympics but away from athletics she’s become a mother, reached the final of BBC1's Strictly Come Dancing and been one of the successful ambassadors supporting London’s bid for the 2012 Olympics. She joins Jane to talk about life, her career and her new exercise book.

‘The Flat Tummy Book’ by Denise Lewis is published by Quercus Books on January 10th 2008 ISBN: 978–1–905204–50-2
