The 89-year-old had to wait six months before she could leave a hospital
We have traced the case of one lady, 89-year-old Iris Sibley, as she has progressed through the social care system. In June, Iris broke her arm and went into the Bristol Royal Infirmary. Despite being ready for discharge from August she stayed in the hospital until early January - around six months.
