People will be able to view development options for a former university campus and have their say on the plans next week.

University of Gloucestershire old Hardwick Campus in Cheltenham was sold to a developer in July and includes four former accommodation blocks, an administration centre and an art and photography centre.

It could be turned into either new homes or a care home.

"Our aim is to deliver a quality development which enhances the local area," said Conor Flanagan from Black Box Planning, the consultancy firm hosting the public meeting at the campus on Thursday.

"It's important that ideas from local people feed into that process," he added.

The meeting will take place at Hardwick Campus on St Pauls Road on from 14:00 to 17:00 GMT on Thursday.

People will be able to view plans and provide feedback for the firm's design team to review.

It comes after campaigners fought to save the site from development, saying it includes valuable green space for the community.
