Man in hospital and six arrested after town fight

Part of a high street remains sealed off after a fight left a man with serious injuries.

Norfolk Police said it was called at 23:11 BST on Sunday to reports of disorder in Watton High Street where officers found the injured man.

He was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital where his condition is said to be stable.

Five men and a woman were arrested on suspicion of affray, and police have appealed for witnesses.
