Eddie MitchellEmergency services are dealing with a fire at a hotel in Hove, East Sussex.
East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said crews responded to reports of a fire at the Imperial Hotel, in First Avenue, at about 15:10 GMT on Tuesday.
A number of fire engines are in attendance and an aerial platform is being used to reach the fire on the fourth floor of the building, the fire service says.
No injuries have been reported and the hotel has been evacuated. Police and South East Coast Ambulance Service (Secamb) are also on the scene.
Six fire fighters used breathing apparatus to tackle the fire and are now damping down to ensure the blaze has been put out.
People have been urged to stay away from the area.
