Cannabis with an estimated street value of about £45,000 was discovered during a raid at a property in Minsterley on Thursday.

A search of a second property a short time later led to the discovery of class A drugs and a quantity of cash, said West Mercia Police.

A woman in her sixties and a man in his twenties, detained on suspicion of cannabis production, have been released on bail as investigations continue.
