Men arrested after gunshots heard at leisure centre

Two men have been arrested after reports of gunshots near a leisure centre.

Bedfordshire Police was called to Lewsey Sports Park and Pool in Pastures Way, Luton, after reports that shots had been heard at about 22:00 GMT on Friday.

No victims were found and no-one was thought to have been injured.

On Sunday officers conducted a series of warrants and two men, aged 25 and 21, were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and conspiracy to murder.
