Secret WorldSafe now: A bird of prey is being cared for by a wildlife charity after it was trapped inside a food waste skip that had travelled more than 40 miles. The red kite was discovered in the skip that had come from Calne in Wiltshire to a waste site at Avonmouth docks in Bristol.

It was made possible by nearly £5 million in funding from NHS England, awarded to University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust.
