Another teenager has been arrested as part of an investigation into the murder of a man in his 40s.

The arrest of the 18 year old comes after the death of Hamid Erfani in the St Pauls area of Cheltenham on 16 December.

Two teenage boys from Cheltenham, aged 15 and 17, who had previously been charged with murder in connection with the incident, appeared at Bristol Crown Court on 22 December.

The pair are also charged with robbery and possession of a bladed article and have been remanded in custody until 27 February. The 18 year old also remains in custody.

Gloucestershire Police said an investigation by the force's Major Investigation Team is under way and officers still want to speak to anyone with information.
