Second murder arrest after man's stabbing death

A second man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after the death of a man who was found stabbed in Birmingham.

The victim was discovered in Swanage Road, Small Heath, at about 18:40 GMT on Saturday, and was declared dead at the scene.

A 23-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of murder and possession of a knife and was in custody for questioning, said West Midlands Police.

A 28-year-old man previously arrested in connection with the investigation has been bailed with conditions, the force said.
