A man has been charged with murder following the death of a woman in Herefordshire.

The 61-year-old woman was found dead at an address on Apple Tree Close, Bromyard, by emergency services who attended on the morning of 27 September.

Julian Thomas, 54, of no fixed abode, has been charged with her murder, West Mercia Police said.

He has been remanded in custody to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, the force added.
