Ram raiders steal cash machine from supermarket
Eddie MitchellRam raiders have stolen a cash machine from a supermarket in West Sussex, police say.
Two men used a Toyota Hilux to smash the shutters on the Co-Op in Manor Parade, Salvington Road, Worthing about 02:00 BST on Friday, a Sussex Police spokesperson said.
The machine was loaded into a second vehicle, being driven by a third man, and the Hilux was abandoned at the scene.
No arrests have yet been made.
Eddie MitchellDet Sgt Fraser Lockey said: "Enquiries are at an early stage, and we are keen to hear from anyone who was in the Salvington Road area during that time and those who may have dashcam, doorbell or CCTV footage.
