Document issued to European British Subjects in Burma (page 1 of 5)

In June 1940 His Excellency the Governor of Burma (A.D. Cochrane) and the General Officer Commanding, Army in Burma (Major-General D.K. McLeod), issued these statements to European British Subjects in Burma. My father Alfred Millem was a British Subject in Burma at the time. I found this document amongst his papers and thought it would be of historical interest.
