Savory recipes

Summer savory and winter savory are both related to the mint family. They're both highly aromatic (winter savory is the strongest flavoured of the two). Savory can be used to season a variety of meat, poultry and egg dishes, as well as soups or sauces. Savory is also particularly useful in stuffings.
