Ingredients

For the cocktail

  • 20ml /¾fl oz dry vermouth
  • 60ml/2fl oz gin
  • 2 tsp olive brine or pickle juice
  • ice
  • pickle, to garnish
  • olive, to garnish

Method

  1. In a mixing glass, stir the dry vermouth, gin and brine over ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an olive and pickle.
