Big fan of pickles? Then this spiky, savoury dillini martini is the perfect drink for you!

Ingredients

For the dill, pickle and pink peppercorn vodka

For the dillini martini

  • 60ml/2fl oz dill pickle infused vodka (see above)
  • 10ml/⅓fl oz dry vermouth

Method

  1. To make the dill, pickle and pink peppercorn vodka, place the pickle, dill, and peppercorns into a clean glass jar.

  2. Pour over the vodka, seal, and shake gently. Store in a cool, dark place overnight.

  3. Taste to see if flavour is strong enough, then strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

  4. To make the dillini martini, add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until ice cold.

  5. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
