Big fan of pickles? Then this spiky, savoury dillini martini is the perfect drink for you!
Method
To make the dill, pickle and pink peppercorn vodka, place the pickle, dill, and peppercorns into a clean glass jar.
Pour over the vodka, seal, and shake gently. Store in a cool, dark place overnight.
Taste to see if flavour is strong enough, then strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
To make the dillini martini, add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until ice cold.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
